The seller

The seller is the artist trading as Dave Sharp, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: archive@davesharpart.com.

The agreement

When you complete a purchase on this site, you enter into a contract for the sale of a specific, one-of-one original painting. Title in the piece passes to you on dispatch.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We accept payment in full at the point of order; pieces are not reserved without payment.

Shipping and risk

Shipping terms are set out on the Shipping page. Risk passes to the buyer on safe delivery; insured shipping is included in the shipping rate.

Returns

Return rights are set out on the Returns page in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Authenticity

Each piece is an original work as described on the Authenticity page.

Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
