Right to return
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, online buyers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to return goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason. This applies to all paintings purchased from this site.
How to return a piece
- Email archive@davesharpart.com within 14 days of receipt stating your intention to return.
- Repack the piece using the original packaging materials and condition.
- Return it via an insured, tracked courier service of your choosing.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. The piece must arrive in the same condition it was sent. We’ll refund the original purchase price (excluding outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned piece in good order.
Pieces damaged in return transit
If a returned piece is damaged in transit because of inadequate packaging, the refund may be reduced or refused. Use the original packaging and an insured service.
