Dispatch
Every piece is dispatched within seven working days of confirmed payment. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your shipment is on the way.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination:
- UK — flat rate, fully insured, typically 2–3 working days via signed courier.
- EU — flat rate, 5–10 working days, fully insured.
- Rest of world — flat rate, 7–14 working days, fully insured. For larger pieces a bespoke quote may follow.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped in acid-free glassine, cushioned with foam corners, and crated or boxed appropriately for its size. Larger works are shipped in custom-built crates.
Customs and duties
Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees applicable in their destination country. We declare the full sale value on all paperwork.
Lost or damaged in transit
All shipments are fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece immediately and email archive@davesharpart.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a claim and a replacement or refund.
